This stock "Stomp Box" version is our popular 1590B & 1590BB & 1590XX enclosure - powder painted - to save stomp box manufacturers and experimenters time & money. Also added - our trapezoidal & octagon sizes.
Painted "Stomp Box" versions are coated with a smooth gloss polyester powder paint for a lasting finish, even after machining.
Smooth paint allows for easy adhesion of labels and/or silk screens.
Paint colors are matched to standard RAL colors (see table below).
Lap joint construction provides protection against access of dust and splashing water. Also provides for improved EMI/RFI shielding.
Unpainted & textured black version is also available & in many other sizes and styles - please see our 1590 series or 1590TRP, 1590STP series
Designed to meet IP54 (see gasket kit accessory below to meet IP66).
Low side wall draft angle (2 degrees or less) for easy P.C. board mounting.
