Prototyping & Low-Volume Electronics Manufacturing

Our in-house prototyping and electronics manufacturing capabilities allow us to support projects beyond the design stage. We provide PCB assembly and low-volume electronic manufacturing for customers who need smaller production quantities, prototype runs, or specialized products that may not be practical for large offshore manufacturers.

For small and medium-sized companies looking for a Canadian electronics manufacturing partner, we offer an alternative to sending every assembly overseas. We can hold customer PCBs and project-specific components for future production runs, making it easier to manufacture additional batches when they are required.

Our PCB assembly capabilities include surface-mount assembly, reflow soldering, and selective lead-free soldering. Our selective soldering equipment uses nitrogen to help improve process consistency, reduce waste, and extend equipment life. This allows us to provide controlled production for prototypes and low-volume manufacturing.

Software, Firmware & Hardware Integration

Modern electronic products depend as much on software as they do on hardware. We develop embedded firmware and supporting software that communicates with electronic hardware, sensors, controllers, communications devices, and other equipment.
