Custom Design & Manufacturing Policy

Custom development work is billed at $125 per hour, with a minimum project charge of $2,500.00 USD.

We can work from a clear, well-written English description of your requirements. A written outline by email is always required so that we have a clear reference. If you are unwilling to provide this, please do not contact us.

Based on your provided direction, we will design and build a functional module for testing and evaluation. You will have the opportunity to test the design before it moves into production. Since we develop both the hardware and software in-house, changes can be made as required.

Please note that any change in scope affects pricing. Prices never decrease as a result of design changes. It is critical that you think through your requirements carefully and provide as much detail as possible from the start. What must be clearly defined are the inputs, outputs, and intended function. Component selection and implementation details are our responsibility.

Once the design is finalized and approved, production may begin with a minimum run of 25 units. The per-unit cost is determined only after the design is complete and all components have been selected.

We do not compromise on component quality, workmanship, or reliability. If you are seeking the lowest possible price or expect products to be made for pennies, please do not contact us.

If your goal is cheap or disposable work, services such as Fiverr may be a better fit. That is not the type of work we do, and it is not the type of business we accept.
