ESP8266 WIFI Relay Module ESP-12F Network Development Board
Some notes on this board, the diodes are correctly oreintated and the module does work.
Powering it up will boot the ESP with minimal software, it will show up as FaryLink_XXXXXXXX which will be a number.
Thats all it will do. You will have to load a version of the ESP firmware that is suitable for you.
Here is a converter to allow you to program the ESP module. It has a switch on it 5V or 3V3, make sure its set to 3V3 for the ESP module, which works on 3.3 Volts
We will now solder the pin headers onto the board and include a jumper cap to allow the device to be put into programming mode (and 3 positon cable).
If you have info that you would like me to add or something you want to share, drop me a note Tech@QKits.com as I find out more I will add it here.
The relay is on GPIO4.
The optically isolated input is on GPIO 5.
Item Description:
Input overvoltage protection, input with TVS, when voltage exceeds 33V, automatic protection
Input overcurrent protection.
220V 10A relay, NO, NC
One way optocoupler isolation input, TVS input protection.
Two 3 pole, highcurrent screw terminals
Input and Output status indicator
Access control server via TCP CLIENT mode
Via HTTP protocol control
Specifications:
Input voltage :DC 7-30V
Board dimension:65mm × 40mm × 20mm
The makers of this board have spared nothing in the power supply section, its very well done. Since the relay coil is 5VDC and connected to the logic supply regulator, this is a good thing.
