- Input voltage: 2.5V - 12V
- Current: 800mA <- This is momentary and not continous, its a small package so heat build up will occur quickly.
Can drive two DC motors, and a 4-wire 2-phase stepper motor
Male header pins for easy connection to your Arduino or Raspberry Pi project. Terminal blocks provided for the H-bridge outputs to simplify connection to your motor or light.
Pull up resistors are installed on the board, this will pull up the inputs to what ever the Vcc applied to the PCB is.
You may have to buffer the signals using a NPN transistor.
The small caps across the motor supply may short if the load generates voltage greater then 15 Volts when not being driven. Driving larger motors is a job for another driver, this is fine for small steppers and pager motors.
Driving resistive loads will not be a problem for the caps.
The Red version of this board does not have caps across the output.
