This kit features a single long-term timer IC that through a transistor amplifier/tone generator, drives a loudspeaker to indicate the end of a process or time period.
A potentiometer and switch are used to set the timebase and the time range up to 4 hours which is switch selectable. power requirement : 9VDC.

Position 1 of the switch adjusts the timer (VR1) from 22 seconds to 1 hours. Position 2 of the switch adjusts the timer (VR1) from 45 seconds to 2 hours. Position 3 of the switch adjusts the timer (VR1) from 90 seconds to 4 hours.
