TCRT5000 infrared sensor emits infrared energy continuously.
When no infrared rays are emitted or reflected back, the phototransistor will be in the off state, and the output terminal of the module is high, indicating that the diode is in the off state. If the object to be detected is within the detection range, and the intensity of the reflected infrared rays is strong enough, phototransistor will be saturated, and the output terminal of the module is low, the indicator LED is lit.
