QualityKits Terms of Use
RETURNS POLICY: Unassembled kits may be returned for refund if purchased within the last 30 days. Must be in resellable condition in original package. 15% restocking fee applies to all goods purchased from QKits Ltd. Shipping will not be refunded. Kits returned to QKits Ltd partially or fully assembled do not qualify for refund. In the event that an incomplete kit is returned (missing parts) QKits Ltd reserves the right to refuse refund. No returns or refunds on components, static sensitive devices or special order items. Special order items refer to an assembled and/or modified kit and/or items ordered specially for you. The customer must contact Qkits Ltd to receive an RMA number and return instructions before returning any goods. Goods returned without an RMA number do not qualify for refund.
QKits Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods during shipment due to natural disasters, military action, war,
courier strikes, terrorist acts or any other circumstance beyond our control.
QKits Ltd is not responsible if a customer (consignee) enters an incorrect or incomplete shipping address such as a incorrect zip code, missing unit number, suite number, building number, floor number, house number or room number.
Customers (consignees) have multiple opportunities to confirm and update shipping addresses prior to QKits Ltd shipping your order. As such, QKits Ltd cannot be held responsible for customer errors with regard to shipping addresses and will collect any address correction fees, and/or any other charges levied by UPS, from the customer. Currently, UPS charges $10.00 per address correction. Please make every effort to ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to submitting your order!
Canadian orders will be processed in Canadian Currency, US and International orders in US Currency. We prefer Visa and Mastercard.
American Express only allow us to process in Canadian dollars. If you place your order in US currency using American Express, we have to convert your US dollar amount into Canadian at the current exchange rate.
American Express will then convert the Canadian dollar amount back into US currency at their own exchange rate. In this case, your credit card statement should reflect the exchange rate that American Express used, and the final charge in US currency. (or other currency if you are outside of North America.)
American Express may charge you a "Foreign Transaction Fee" for the use of their service outside of Canada. This is NOT a charge from QKITS LTD, even if your statement lists QKITS LTD beside the "Foreign Transaction Fee." Because of this confusion, we prefer Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. Some Visa cards and Mastercards are now subject to a "Foreign Transaction Fee". We have no way of knowing which cards are subject to these fees imposed by your issuing bank.
The customer is responsible for all charges incurred upon importation of goods.
QKits Ltd is not liable for any injuries sustained due to the use of or improper use of products purchased from QKits Ltd.
The purchaser understands that QKits Ltd is acting as reseller of goods only and not responsible for manufacturing defects, design
flaws or optional items not included in the kits.
