If the connecting load is more than 20A continuously, additional cooling is required. A fan should be installed at the heatsink.
Use electric wire 12 AWG to connect between the circuit and the load.
When the frequency is too high, the mosfet will overheat. (100Hz frequency is recommended)

This module does not even get warm when driving an 18 Amp load. Lots of cooling area means long life with large loads. This controller really performs well.
