INSTALLING:
TEL IN point is connected to the telephone line.
EXT LINE point is connected to the telephone.
BAT 4.5 V point is connected to the battery back-up 4.5 V. for back-up data.
JACK DC is connected to power supply 12 V.
NC,COM,NO point is connected to the equipment another at you want control.

Allows you to call up the device on a touch-tone phone and control the state of the four relays. Each relay can handle a load of 5 amps.

Operation is protected by a user defined code; you need to enter your password, which you can choose yourself.

There are 4 relay outputs, and you can check their state over the phone as well as just controlling them.

There is a built in charger for the battery back up, 3.6vDC NiCads, that you can put in your own 3 AA battery holder, and wire it to the screw terminal, so that - in the event of a power loss - your passcode is protected.

As the neighbours look over at your house, they hear a dog begin to bark. Maybe they go to their window for a better look. Now, a lamp turns on in your house, upstairs. The dog barking stops. The lamp goes out. It is silent. Suddenly, a buzzer begins to scream through the night. Then all is silent.
