This is a basic LED flasher kit.
Technical specifications:
- power supply : 9 to 12VDC.
- consumption : 12 to 15mA.
- PCB dimensions : 1.30 x 1.03 inches.

How it works:
Multi-vibrator (TR1 and TR2) is configured as a low frequency oscillator.
TR1 and TR2 will alternate one by one.
TR1 lights the LED RED and LED GREEN will turn off.
But if TR2 is on, LED RED will turn off and LED GREEN will turn on.
Flash speed of LED is dependant on R1, R2, C1, C2.
R3 and R4 drop the voltage for each LED.
