This is an LED flasher circuit.
This circuit has LEDs that
flash alternately one by one.

How it works:
Multi-vibrator (TR1 and TR2) is configured as a low frequency oscillator.
TR1 and TR2 will alternate
one by one.
TR1 turns LED1-LED3 on
and LED4-LED6 will turn off.
But if TR2 is on, LED1-
LED3 will turn off and LED4-LED6 will turn on.
Flash speed of LED is dependant on R2, R3, C1, C2.
R1 and R4 drops the voltage for each LED.
