Shipping & Delivery

We only use UPS for shipping to USA. Free shipping on orders over $100USD. Free shipping does not apply to Printer Filament.

Orders worth more than $800 may be subject to import fees, including your state sales tax.

These import fees will be collected when your order is delivered.

Please add 1 business day to the Transit Time. Do not count the day you place your order.

For example, transit time to Tennesse would be 4 days, not counting the day you ordered.

If you supply us with your postal address, you may receive periodic mailings with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please e-mail unsubscribe@qkits.com and be sure to provide your full name and address listed on any postal mailings sent by QKits Ltd. If you supply us with your telephone number, you may receive telephone contact if there is a problem with information regarding orders you have placed on-line or from the shipping company delivering your order. If you do not wish to receive such telephone calls, e-mail unsubscribe@qkits.com and be sure to provide the telephone number in question. As with any policy, our Privacy Policy is updated from time to time, so please check this page periodically.
Returns & Replacements
Unassembled kits may be returned for refund if purchased within the last 30 days. Product must be in resellable condition in original package. 15% restocking fee applies to all goods returned to QKits Ltd. Shipping will not be refunded. Kits returned to QKits Ltd partially or fully assembled do not qualify for refund. In the event that an incomplete kit is returned (missing parts) QKits Ltd reserves the right to refuse refund. No returns or refunds on components, static sensitive devices or special order items. Special order items refer to an assembled and/or modified kit and/or items ordered specially for you. The customer must contact Qkits Ltd to receive an RMA number and return instructions before returning any goods. Goods returned without an RMA number do not qualify for refund. Qkits Ltd can only accept returns by Postal Service due to the high brokerage fees charged by Couriers.

To order with us please order on-line. If you prefer you can call your order in to 1-888-464-5487. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, International Money Order.
Government institutions of mumicipal, state and federal may order using a Purchase Order. Please enter your PO number in the PO field when you place your order.
Make sure to follow up with a hard copy of your PO mailed or  emailed (sales@qkits.com)
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Your credit card will be processed through Paypal and their credit card gateway. All orders are charged in US dollars. Website pricing periodically changes but will not affect any current orders you have with us.
Any and all promotions will be honored if you place your order during the stated promotional time period.
 
Viewing Orders
You may view your order status and order history when you log in to your account. If you place an order as a Guest, you will not be able to view the status of your order after you place it or any order history.
If this is important to you for future reference, please register by setting up an account when you place your order.
Updating Account Information
If you have set up an account you may log in to update your address, phone number or email at any time.
